Here at our relaxing private clinic in the beautiful setting of Alma Yard in Plymouth, Delia is a highly trained and qualified Holistic Massage Therapist, Clinical Aromatherapist and Clinical Reflexologist and insured and regulated by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
Delia also creates functional skincare, bespoke aromatherapy and other luxury beauty products that are handmade here in our clinic.
These products are used during our sessions to enhance your skin's health while targeting your physical needs and are also available for you to buy.
Delia specialises in the management of pain caused by muscle tension, stress and anxiety, helping to alleviate acute pain and address injury or health issues such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and other chronic conditions.
Having spent several years working in a Holistic Practice in Plymouth alongside a Holistic GP, Osteopaths, and other clinical therapists, Delia can provide you with face-to-face consultations and bespoke massage therapies.
Delia has studied Complementary Health Science at the University of Plymouth and also gained the following:
- Advanced Diploma in Clinical Aromatherapy
