Ruby Stansfield is a qualified Holistic Massage Therapist with extensive training in Deep Tissue, Facial Acupressure, Thai Massage, and Cupping Therapy.
Ruby graduated in 2020 from the highly regarded Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork and has since worked as a massage therapist in Bristol before recently relocating to Plymouth.
Ruby’s holistic background enables her to create thoughtfully curated, individualised treatments for each client. She takes a comprehensive view of the body, considering her clients’ histories to identify the root causes of tension and develop personalised treatment plans.
Ruby’s massage style is characterised by deep and focused work, allowing her to spend extended periods with areas of tension to facilitate lasting release. Her goal is to help clients leave feeling more comfortable and free within their bodies.
In addition to massage therapy, Ruby practices Psychological Astrology and is deeply interested in exploring the connection between emotions and physical manifestations of tension.
